For me, fitness is playing, lifting, running, biking, climbing, jumping, throwing, and hanging. I fitted my gym out like a ‘Disneyland’ for adults and children with a climbing wall, aerial rings, rope and any kind of thing you can jump on, swing, lift, throw or hit. As a professional fitness trainer and athlete, my mission is to entertain, inspire and draw out my clients’ inner competitor.
In the air, on the ground or in the water, I’m always on the hunt for adventures and fresh experiences. Paragliding (air), mountain biking (ground), or competing in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon (water) have scratched that itch. Some think risk taking is a bit dangerous, but pushing myself is thrilling and opens up my world.
I love getting my clients excited to try new things, be it a Spartan Race, a first 10K, or biking through the French Alps. I’m always trying to find ways to motivate my clients to discover as much fun in their physical journey as I have from mine. Inspiration can come from anywhere and we just need to be open to see it and take the challenge when it comes.
