I built The Sabrofit Gym with the vision that my clients could train with me individually with the entire gym to themselves and without the limitation of negotiating space or equipment with other trainers. I also wanted to provide a space where my clients could share a family workout, kids and all, and play together with all the gym has to offer.
My fitness training credo prioritizes health, strength and fun to help my clients find their best selves. Each session is carefully tailored to fit their unique needs and challenges, and to reach their fitness goals.
The Swim
Aquatic Park, is a training oasis and it gets my clients ready for open water swims. Braving the cold and occasional seal run-in produces serious mental fortitude.

On shorter routes we might bike across the Golden Gate Bridge to Hawk Hill. Longer routes might take us through Marin to Point Reyes Station where we’ll gr

Either running on trails or pavement, nothing beats a run through Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach. Across from the gym, Kezar Stadium provides the perfect training ground to work on speed, technique and form.
Whether we’re lifting or playing table tennis (oh, I forgot to mention I have a ping pong table in the gym), I’m always trying to keep the fun going while focusing on results.
